Terms and Conditions of Sale and Practice

Practice conditions :

To take part in the activities, you need to be in good health (in special cases, please contact us), have the right equipment for the chosen activities and follow the instructions given by the professional.
The safety equipment provided by the supervisors must be worn at all times during the activity.
The participant must not have consumed alcohol or drugs prior to the activity. The organisation reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not comply with the safety and/or behaviour requirements.
The participant must accept all selection tests and remain attentive to the instructions of the professionals before and during the activity.
The participant must be aware of the objective risks associated with the nature of the sports and leisure activities on offer. They accept and assume the risk. Professional supervision does not eliminate the objective risk.
Participants must wear technical equipment and clothing suitable for the activity.

Safety - Weather conditions :

The feasibility of any programme is subject to the assessment of the professionals depending on the weather conditions.

Weather conditions are under no circumstances a reason for cancellation or postponement, as long as the activity is provided by Evolution 2. No refunds or postponements will be made.

Booking, Registration and Payment:

We strongly recommend that you book your activities in advance.

Bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail to our central booking office.

If you make your booking with our head office less than 15 days before your stay, only payment by bank transfer (Swift) will be taken into account for your registration. Your booking becomes definitive on receipt of your payment.

By registering, you acknowledge that you have been informed of and accept our general terms and conditions of sale.

Cancellation :

Any service that is interrupted or not consumed due to an insufficient physical and/or technical level will not be reimbursed.

If you are unable to attend the activity at the scheduled time or date, for whatever reason, no claims will be accepted.

No refunds will be made in the event of activities being suspended for reasons beyond our control (bad weather, security measures, etc.).

The professionals reserve the right to modify any programme, with or without prior notice, depending on weather or safety conditions, without any participant being entitled to claim any compensation whatsoever.

Cancellation :

Evolution 2 is covered by professional indemnity insurance, which is only taken out in the event of professional negligence recognised by a competent court.

Participants are not covered when taking part in the activities, and are advised to take out personal accident insurance with a company of their choice.
Participants must take personal responsibility for their own safety and that of others.
In the event of an accident causing harm to others (personal injury or damage to property), the participant is liable for the costs and any consequences.

Accident :

In the event of an accident, rescue and evacuation procedures are managed by professionals in the field until the appropriate structures arrive on site.

The costs of rescue, evacuation, repatriation and assistance are the responsibility of the participant.
